Gastronomy

The gastronomy of Oleiros has always been very rich and renowned by many foodies are attracted to this region.

These include various flavors of pine forest typical dishes such as the famous roast kid, the pork belly, grilled trout (the river), breaded rabbit and chestnut soup.
